The Human Condition

Centuries after centuries the human race has been taught to pursue resources and hoard anything that could attract a value as wealth. It is unfortunate that human beings have chosen to divide up the planet’s natural resources. This system worked via individual physical strength, until family, tribe, and social power defeated the individual warrior king. Manipulation and Management systems were introduced as soon as a method was found to value a productive individual male/female human being. Attempts at true and total equality has never worked. Equality seems unattainable as every societal grouping, race, religion, etc., has always had and survives with a hierarchy system.

This is NOT the last Crisis!

YES, SYNERGIES! The interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, operations, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate resilient effects.

Understanding that society effects everything in an individual’s life. And that politicians are communicators between specialists and the public. Hence, accept that public basic survival needs can only be addressed by such experts. The public gets to choose their representatives and should know which Experts have the politician’s ear. Or should the public also vote for the Expert?

Crisis Management 101

Society needs you and your opinions! A difficult person is one thought of as opinionated and fixed in their own ways, at least, this person has thoughtful opinions – A Professional. Discourteous and Egocentric but with no opinion will object to any decision made by someone they do not like – A Politician. A personality who has no opinion and does not even buy into others’ opinions is just lacking in morals. Such persons do not understand right and wrong and therefore, respects the Professional while, fuels the needs of the Politician. The essential need is for humanity, all of us, to care about each other to avoid and mitigate disasters. So, when does a Politician hand over to a Professional? Only to avoid a crisis.

Crisis Opportunities

The future is never clear or predictable. Human Beings cause and react to change in various ways. While many preach of gloom and doom, others focus on solutions to return society to where it was, but yet some, a very few, think of how this crisis can make life better. Science has developed many ways to annihilate mankind, as artistic movies have shown, but has always stopped short, developing protocols and cures. For every known natural or manmade disaster, procedures are in place to mitigate dangers. However, the questions surround the unknown. Think Tanks, armed with the best minds, are charged with solving and preparing for such unknown circumstances by deploying natural Human Roles.

Generational Roles

My ancestors, my biological parents, other mothers and fathers, my role models did not accumulate wealth or win awards, in fact, they just barely survived. They conducted their training, their duty, their execution and their changing roles, from day to day, to benefit sustainable progressive goals; protecting, nurturing and educating themselves, moving society forward and improving lifestyles. My generation was brought up with Moral Leadership and Ethical Behaviour noting that, truth and integrity are still worthwhile principles. Future generations can only progress and prosper, by learning, understanding, accepting and following basic long-established human roles; inspiring, developing, building and administering.

2020 and Beyond

People are the only true source to continuously improve living standards (Sustainable Development); ideas to industries, ownership and jobs, taxes to public services, growth and progress, A Happy Society. However, egos and greed are part of that Entrepreneurial Development mix, seeking individual awards and rewards for life changing accomplishments. Achievements which places the individual in a class of the few rather than the many. (Selfishness destroys Nations) Persons that will fight, climb over each other, to win no matter who or how many lose. While, putting Money before Morals leaving many people behind with derogatory labels, unable to earn and maintain a basic standard of living, dangerously widening the wealth gap and loosening morals.

Leadership or Education

Human Beings, with proper guidance, are capable of four main roles; Developing, Inspiring, Administering and Building. The popular use of the word ‘leadership’ is contained in and among all these roles. Noting that, such roles are temporary, not a full personality trait, forming only a part of an individual’s existence. Persons having achieved some recognition of success, often did so by transferring and delegating leadership. Confidence, in developed talents, skills and abilities, are much greater attributes. Life’s main roles offers and brings individuals a measure of Success. The Developer Role endeavors to Invent and Innovate. The Inspirer Role attempts to Visualize and Create. The Administrator Role is to Monitor and Report. The Builder Role is to Construct and Assemble.

Synergies Reduce Risks

The Human Factor, yearning to be recognized and respected, must firstly learn what came before. Leaving the Human Race in a better state than was found, by adding value and improving lifestyles. The Human Tool is designed to; Construct and Assemble, Monitor and Report, Visualize and Create, Invent and Innovate. Selfishness, ego and personal ambition, seen as a natural human condition, causes some to pursuit, educate and employ, talents for the benefit of a few rather than the many. Excluding a very large number of the global population from decision making, by erecting numerous social barriers, and what is left behind is a poison planet.

Knowledge into Wisdom

Born with a natural curiosity about the surrounding environment and a burning desire to fit in, children emulate and mimic adults with an inherent sense of belonging. Society must foster and instill that genuine love of learning from a very early age, allow an earlier start to decision-making and dream-structuring, share the benefits of intelligence across human communities, and continuously be a highly skilled and wise population. Inventions and innovations will soon erode unskilled jobs, leaving basic tasks to technology driven devices, operators and mechanics. Society will adapt by engaging training applications suitable to every type of learning and testing to encourage, achieve and recognize individual skill measurements.
