My ancestors, my biological parents, other
mothers and fathers, my role models did not accumulate wealth or win awards, in
fact, they just barely survived. They conducted their training, their duty,
their execution and their changing roles, from day to day, to benefit
sustainable progressive goals; protecting, nurturing and educating themselves,
moving society forward and improving lifestyles. My generation was brought up
with Moral Leadership and Ethical Behaviour noting that, truth and integrity are still
worthwhile principles. Future generations can only progress and prosper, by
learning, understanding, accepting and following basic long-established human
roles; inspiring, developing, building and administering.
They administered, measured and calculated
historical results. To Monitor and Report, institutional memories, data
gathering and collection, analyse, testing to measure production and losses,
supplying the best data, information and intelligence to improve any task
objective and mission. Skilled and talented people gathering and collecting
useful and relevant data, suited to numerous calculations and analysis, with
tested audit trails to confirm and verify correctness and to make such reports
and knowledge widely available to all willing to add to progress. Giving
persons the insight and ability to further build, develop and inspire.
Constantly and continuously sharing ideas, ways and means, knowledge and
encouragement.
They built, designed and maintained structures
and systems. To Construct and Assemble, manufacturing plants, industries,
offices and commercial buildings, vehicles, roads, tunnels and bridges. Water
and waste facilities, Electricity generation stations and distribution grids,
communication and entertainment networks. My people continuously trained,
skilled and experienced in the best and latest, state-of-the art, methods and
techniques, to build and produce infrastructure and products to combine, store,
move, and make better lifestyles. For persons, who work in other roles, to
comfortably link, connect, position and share ideas, discussions, methods and
results. Strengthening human interactions to allow such infrastructure builders
and, architectural and emergency planners to support the evolving society.
They developed, implemented and strengthened
easier methods. To Invent and Innovate, reducing stress and strain employed,
using better and safer skills with stronger tools and materials, to produce the
same or better lasting, more enduring results. People widely educated across
numerous disciplines and practicing historical technics, as to understand how
development took place and become highly familiarize with the reasons for, and
the types of advance improvements needed. Persons pushing trial and error to
new boundaries, using failures as a measure of success and aiming for better
rather than perfect. Building on each other’s achievements to advance progress
while, simplifying work.
They inspired, imagined and dreamt of better
ways and means. To Visualize and Create, using education to prepare and
succession planning to continuously produce other skilled people to replace the
existing persons in each role; administrators, builders, developers and more
inspirers. From elected or selected representatives, to Serve the People,
making and strengthening laws, rules and regulations. Appointed judicial
officers educated and empowered to pronounce on existing laws. Members of an
executive managing daily to implement approved policies. To persons engaged in
transforming a society and a population, into a healthy and educated team.
Motivated and encouraged to prepare each other for essential timely leadership
and many following roles.
