TAJ established Private Enterprises Fund managed by Private Enterprises Limited, which oversees Private Equity services bringing New Projects and Funding together to attract the best RETURNS.

TAJ reduces Business Failure by monitoring from Business Plan to Balance Sheet and from Balance Sheet to Business Plan while maintaining CONTROL, with Caribbean Business Intelligence providing essential external market data (Business Dashboard & Business Light).

TAJ is registered as a limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, which is geographically located in the Caribbean region. At its last annual general meeting held on July 24, 2015, TAJ’s shareholders have elected and installed its Board of Directors to set policy and protect shareholders interest. The Board, on Aug 22, 2015, has re-appointed Mr. Terrance A. Jennings to lead the Executive Management Team for the period Sept 2015 – Sep 2020. All Associate working relationships are being reviewed to strengthen TAJ’s Strategic Plans.
TAJ operates in the Business Consultancy and Management Services sector with an active working knowledge of the Caribbean region. TAJ is designed to effectively bridge the gap between business ideas and management efficiency, hence, ultimately targeting startups and reorganizing operations. TAJ’s business model surrounds a network of management professionals, refer to as associates, engaged as needed on profit sharing contract to deliver training, setup information systems and structure strategic plans.
The Marketing Plan is a highly confidential dynamic document containing market intelligence and strategies that gives this organization its competitive advantage. Addressing present market conditions, analyzing the market to spot viable opportunities and planning detail actions to respond to and win market share. The Marketing Plan forms an essential part of, and is only available to members of the Board of Directors in, the Organization’s Strategic Plan.

T.A.J & Associates Company Limited (TAJ) is proposed to holds twenty-five 25% percent of the issued shares of Private Enterprises Limited, which manages the Private Enterprises Fund.
