TAJ CAREER


TAJ's Career Enhancement Program is designed to target three levels of participants; at an Entry Level Position, new to the role of Leadership or new to the responsibility of Business Ownership:

CAREER – These six topics are designed to be delivered in a three (3) hour period each, so that the full work day is not lost, hence the full program can be completed in six days. Presented in-house, the cost can therefore be divided across a maximum of twenty (20) participants resulting in US$45 per participant. Modular presentations are recommenced for association’s regular meeting.

A Worker is responsible for the particular job description and their own family as oppose to An Owner who is in charge of the entire business, every employee and by extension, all of their families.
