grants and eliminate poverty, should be available for residents in need.
Getting approvals for development, building or renovations, and obtaining a
police certificate of good character to access gainful employment, should also
be available within the district. Hence, access to all Government services and
permissions, to operate and run a business, must be within easy reach.
A local city hall integrated building complex is needed, built using
move-able disaster protection pods, housing and delivering Security, Healthcare,
Education, Infrastructure and Economic Drivers services and approvals to the
local community. Police Stations and Jails are required, to house locally
stationed and visiting officers, with multi-level vehicle parking, adequate
cells for local remanded prisoners and equipment for tele-conferencing
preliminary inquiry court hearings. Health center facilities are essential,
designed, equipped and always staffed and ready for disaster emergency
treatment, two operating theaters and a fully stocked pharmacy. Also
undertaking the local design and easily constructed and maintenance of Home,
Schools and other necessary city, town and community highly resilient buildings.
