Shelter starts with Four Towers, accommodating a Commercial Food and Kitchen, Hospital and Hotel, and Double Bunk Beds at a safe 6ft apart in the Community’s Common Area! People who qualify as Residents are then assigned Single, Double or Family Housing, systematically expanding outward from the towers!

Healthcare to its entire population (Residents and Visitors) aiming for a productive
and full life and a Peaceful Painless Decent Departure. Catering Nutritious
Meals to feed everyone, combined with scheduled Exercise, Relaxation and Sleep,
to reduce stress and strengthen Mental faculties, in a clean and safe
environment. Mental Health Professionals are engaged to evaluate, treat, and
track all residents. Preventing illness and limiting Chronic Diseases! Avoiding
Accidents and Injuries! Physicians are also engaged to diagnose, treat, and
track all residents. While, scientists constantly prepare and plan for recovery
from Natural and Man-Made Disasters!
This effort will jointly and freely Educate its entire population (Residents and Visitors) as Critical Thinkers to Question everything presented and to research deeply before repeating such as facts or truth! Abolishing Education by Age, establishing Education by Stage! Lessons from both formal and informal settings! Learning from Birth to Death, at an Individual Rate! Engaging its most qualified Teachers to affect its youngest evolving Minds! Graduating with productive Skills and Talents! Asking Questions from personally learnt Historical Knowledge! Applying Critical Thinking to All Answers! A population that is not easily convinced by statements from persons with an individual agenda! Policies voted on by personal conscience, without the influence of any outside association or enrichment. Fair Justice which sees all people as equals, with the same Rights under International, National and Local Law. Local Law which is made and written by Local Governance and enforced by Local Security and adjudicated freely by Local Courts. Accountability to dissuade corruption! A population of Residents and Visitors surrounded and swayed by calming well trained Security Officers! Security, Peacemakers, Informal Educators or Help Officers, of varying ranks, do much more than Policing! They are trained as Paramedics, Safety Inspectors, Guidance Officers, and work in coordination with Property Custodians, maintenance technicians and routine cleaners!
