Challenging, teaching, exposing, learning and testing basic
communication, a wide range of productive activities and other social skills to
all, while, detecting, encouraging and advancing specific talents and thinking
in some, is the objective. With modern knowledge about the human brain,
learning and employing specialize techniques have been designed to speed up the
formation of neuron (electro-chemical) connections, and as science continues to
map and learn more about brain functions, more methods of development, repair
and enhancing are expected. Setting societies on a course, resulting in
children, from birth to twelve years old, trained to communicate, interact, and
perform and problem solve, as presently expected in humans from birth to eighteen
year old.
Decisions guided by consequences, will relinquish some level
of parental control, but with proper guidance and mentoring, between the ages of
thirteen to eighteen, teenagers will learn and appreciate self determination, be
better able to make their own choices, as to the pursuit and the development of
their talents, friendships, associates, parties, drugs, sex, crime, etc. For it
is, these young minds that truly innovate; questioning and identifying a
problem or opportunity and dreaming up a solution. Many never had or lost the
ability to structure or fine-tune solutions, due to a lack of encouragement, growing
distractions and being force in a different direction. Society, in an effort to
reduce crime and guide its youth into productive avenues, now needs to incubate
and structure such dreams, while, constantly examining reactions on the environment
and the ecology.
Young Adults, eighteen to thirty, should agree to spread,
among their pairs, and share benefits internationally across countries, as a component
of accreditation; tertiary education academic or technical models, cross discipline
working teams, or technological exchanges, across all faculties, industries and
sectors, gaining both social and work experience. Such human resource exchanges
can and will add to both diplomatic and trade relationships; strengthening foreign
affairs and easing trade negotiations. Healthcare and education, culture, languages
and art, disaster and emergency, water, waste and electricity and other exchanges
will also bring real benefits all economies involved, when it comes to
activities, such as; United Nations’ votes.
Human beings very survival depends on its constant adaptation
and transfer of knowledge, to exist among and within this evolving eco-system. To
be healthy, feed and flourish while restocking the food supply with renewable
nutrition, to power equipment via renewable energy sources and to advance
knowledge into wisdom and happiness. Noting that, Wisdom is about the shelving
of egos; considering ‘We instead of I’, and desires; such as ‘Greed and other Decadences’,
and it is also about accepting the unknown. While, Happiness can only exist in
a group, hence making others happy is in itself rewarding.
