By combining such improvements, common components, and shared services, such as Governance, Energy, Information, Communication, Transportation, and Finance, the goal is to made living expenses much more cost effective while, efficiently providing communities’ dictated NEEDS and WANTS, reducing poverty levels and curtailing the WEALTH GAP.
ENCOURAGING, Nurturing, and Motivating ENTREPRENEURS, who are the only true source of IDEAS, with the individual promise of EDUCATIONAL RECOGNITION, while graduating their IDEAS into integrated dynamic STRATEGIC PLANS, ready to be funded and implemented. More than cash investment, Entrepreneurial Support, must include some level of psychological training to manage The Human Condition. Remembering that, Human Beings very survival depends on its constant adaptation and transfer of Knowledge into Wisdom. Selected IDEAS will be detailed in highly confidential thesis; tested, registered, protected, and rewarded via Services ‘An Economic Driver’, earning from Intellectual Property (IP) licenses. And implemented in new or renovated communities, which would be incubated to serve as a show piece and promotional example to the world.

Communities will be firstly targeted by its Government Priorities which, must be to facilitate implementation, based on facts, not fears, changing the Mission to Happiness vs. Wealth. Noting that, Judging Society is by the ways it treats its elderly, its differently abled, its unemployed and its children.
Solutions start by globally sharing the vision, with people who can and want to positively contribute to execute the mission. A core group, who understand and respect that impoverish communities must be safeguarded and protected, fed, and nourished, taught and motivated, within effective structures to generate efficient SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Simultaneously through SYNERGIES, with Urgent Actions in the face of Clear and Present Dangers, to avoid negative consequences. People, who understand that all operations must be profitable to be sustainable and that Profits can be RETAINED, reinvested, recycled within the operation to fund expansion. or DISTRIBUTED to shareholders to fund any other private activity. People, who understand different activities (NEEDS vs. WANTS) which can benefit the many rather than the few.
It is only TOGETHER, through; a strong core intelligence network, the meeting of basic collective NEEDS, the wide teachings of Critical Thinking, the fair assignment of the planet’s Resources, and the constant reduction of Greed and Ego replaced by the pursuit of Honour and Decency, which can bring about A Perfect World. Hence, stopping the fight for possessions, which cannot be taken pass the grave, and the individual pursuit of riches to grow name recognition as a legacy, requiring a change in what has always been justified as Human Nature. For it is only the people empowered with purpose, shelter, education, healthy and safe working groups, who can provide WANTS to those, who can currently afford such luxuries. This must no longer be the hopes and dreams of right-thinking souls, but the STRATEGIC PLANS of Moral and Ethical Human Beings. Finally, it is and can only be the effort of the Human Race, to Protect, Preserve and Evolve Humanity.
