The developing human being constantly seeks out attention. As the human being
grows and matures, picking the type of attention needed, the wider society is
continuously judging, as MANNERS Make-it Mankind. The young influential mind is constantly learning, using
every input sense to gather lessons, and should be encouraged to produce Peace
and Prosperity. Right or wrong are at the root of all lessons, surrounded by Decency and Respect.
Parenting (not just making babies but delivering Moral Leadership) is about storytelling,
entertaining, sharing facts and opinions. Ideas, formed and strengthened
through listening to and reading others’ ideas, are followed by yet others’ efforts
to; imagine, practice, test, perform, and constantly, review into better ideas.
Human Beings yearn constantly for attention via good
or bad behavior. Guardians should be aware that when, beating, yelling, shouting,
or even speaking to their young developing minds in anger, what is communicated
and learnt is the anger. Permanently memorized through repetition forming an
aggressive, argumentative, fighting and bullying personality. Progressively,
from good to bad, fighting for justice to committing violence. Such behavior is
further strengthened or curbed with the consideration of time spent with peers;
friends and family, exhibiting other disciplined and controlled behavior
patterns. The resulting Conduct, accept to or rejected by a majority of Society
and its Laws, is what will guide future Peace and Happiness.
A developing mind is alive and learns from every and
all sources. Every situation; seen, heard, smelled, touched and tasted is a lesson
learnt. Repetitive action solidifies the lessons by making connections in the
brain and linking such learning to moral behavior. Avenues of a formal
education system are studied through designed and tested curriculum, adjusted
for improvements, while, unstructured activities, which is an individual greatest
use of time, must grow into structured plans. Developing a creative imagination,
critical thinking, analytical measuring, routine responsibilities, and strong strategic
plans for each and every human being’s mind is society’s ideal educational
mission.
Right and Wrong are easily mis-learned and mis-associated
with achievement and accomplishment. Many gain Respect of their peers; friends
and family by engaging wrongs, that will not last. The Right way is much slower
but promises to last well into history. Parents will tell their children many
stories, as they were told, based in history. Entertainment devises will also
deliver such moral lessons when Guardians are unavailable. But it will always
fall to the lessons of society to share facts; the confirm proven truth, with
developing minds. Facts must be distinct from opinions. Over-thinking leads to Procrastination.
And, best is the enemy of Good.
The exchange of Ideas, throughout history, has been
to improve ideas. Progress can be taking confirm proven facts and studying, how
to make it better. Identify weaknesses in these facts by listening to and
reading up on how it came about. Gathering Opinions, far and wide, on bettering
the facts, querying and testing, if the resulting fact is an improvement on how
things are presently done. Remembering that, it (The existing fact) matters much
more, that it (A futuristic replacement) being studied, hence rather than over-thinking
it, put it the good use. The main lesson learnt is that; the journey is more
interesting than the destination. Better never Ends!
