Business Model Decision Implementation


Criticisms from far and wide, from expert and lay persons, must be welcome into the Intelligence. Actionable Intelligence, using all currently stored information, to make and grade decisions. Decisions, which are communicated along the lines of the organizational chart and constantly reviewed policies to benefit all stakeholders. Such Policies will communicate all decisions and results, via the Strategic Planon any particular issue, and must undergo frequent examination of individual policies or re-examination of the very Business Model by the Board of Directors. The Directorate must issue such instructions to promote, future improvements and increase efficiencies, and to encourage all stakeholders to participate in always seeking better results.


Implementation of the Strategic Plan, based on your Startup or Transformation Idea, selected Country, Sector or Industry and your mapped Business Model, is mainly a communication exercise measured through Finance documents and Accounting reports. In daily operations, internal communications, sending instructions to and collecting results from material (equipment and consumables) and human resources is crucial in accomplishing preset goals & objectives. Sustaining growth is a financial budgeting process and a key performance indicator while, measuring success is done through accounting activities and guides future decisions, policies and programs. External reporting is necessary for regulatory permissions, transparency and to earn trust from all Stakeholders; Employees, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers and Investors.

This executive summary is used, partially or entirely, in the extracted Documents and Reports. Extracts from this strategic plan are used, in detail or summary, to produce; the Prospectus to attract investors and equity funds, the Business Plan to present to lenders and to justify the projected level of debt financing, the Quarterly Reports to regulators and the Annual Reports to all stakeholders.
