In Pursuit of Happiness, Bottom-Up Solutions to solve Humanity’s Issues:

Driven by the Sep 1 – Dec 31, 2020 Public Consultation on a Draft Proposal to blend and synergize STRATEGIC PLANS to improve All Lifestyles. Brilliant Minds were engaged to Dream, Think, Comment, Share, Plan & Implement…to spread Happiness by adopting the stated Vision, Mission and Values, Goals & Objectives, Tasks and by utilizing data from numerous sources, to consolidate this continuously updated initial Model STRATEGIC PLAN and its extracts for Humanity’s Communal Living.

Humanity must evolve to the point where; everyone has a purpose, a job and responsibilities. Everyone has access to clean air, water, waste treatment, energy, electricity, room, and a bed. The Human Race feeds everyone, it cares for its children, its ill, its disabled, and its elderly. The Population is always decent and courteous to each other, it teaches everyone, by example, at anywhere, at anytime. in small groups, at an individual’s own learning rate and awards benefits. The Community encourages participation in governance, protecting safe home, work, and public space environments, and managing, preventing, and recovering from inevitable disasters, TOGETHER.

Not enough people are graduating out of poverty; Continuously Caring for Humanity, Feeding the Hungry, Healing the Sick, Teaching Skills, Developing Talents, Protecting the Weak, Preserving the Peace, Sheltering the Homeless, Purposing the Strong. But firstly, understanding that any and many (Natural or Man-Made Disasters) conditions can cause Poverty! Trained to judge others by perceived wealth, taught to pursue riches by accreditation, but not learning, from many historic and present-day examples, that Community (Organization, Company, Club etc.) is the best support mechanism. The Key missing lesson is that People in Leadership positions must never be selfish or incapable of empathy.

Numerous Existing Communities are mostly structured as residential in nature. Such Communities with a residence (25,000 – 30,000) population are externally governed, and with an exceedingly high percentage of exterior revenue income but also have high local unemployment rates. These Communities housing a single similar demographic of people, with limited levels of learning and with poor facilities and procedures for nutrition, exercise, and wellness, also suffer with high crime rates.

Character is Destiny! People of high character must compete for policy and presidency. Understanding that such leadership can force its determination or mirror the people’s desire. This is democracy, which is better in small groupings, and must always result in the will of the majority.

The separation of essential basic needs has caused rising poverty levels. Separate strategies for homelessness, learning, wellness, safety, and work, has affected a spread of resources (ideas and materials). Ideas to improve lifestyles. Materials to better performance. Resources, to serve the basic needs of a local community, must be combined into One Strategic Plan.

#SYNERGIES compressed into Small Adaptable Communities: governed by Local Elected Residents, with a wide-ranging demography, with a high level of Local income reducing employment travel time, which cares for its ill, its disabled, its children and its elderly, graduating a majority of peaceful, courteous, healthy, skilled, experienced, and productive people, will reduce Poverty, close the Wealth Gap and improve Sustainable Development.

People in this new type of community will own its real estate, its utilities, its trade, and services. Revenue from both an excess of the Residents’ Basic Needs, and from Specific Sectors and Industries, will depend on access to resources, economies-of-scale, and a clear competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

Residents would be entitled to a high level of wellness promotions, medical treatments, retail pharmaceuticals, provided by the community’s facilities, equipped with advanced diagnostics, properly and routinely maintained, effectively and efficiently operated, and fully stocked with personal protection and preventative gear, and other essential consumables.

Inhabitants would be entitled to learn, engaging the best techniques, and be accredited for various lesson stages. Birth-5, 5-12, 12-18, 18-Death would be replaced by whenever the individual is assessed to be ready, without class or caste judgement or ridicule.

Electing, Selecting and Hiring individuals to serve the people as; Lawmakers, Executives, Law Lords, Prison Officers, Police Officers, Emergency Workers, to keep communities secure.

The training, accrediting and employment of Construction Workers, Teaching Personnel, Medical Professionals, and Security Personnel is to collectively operate the community.

An extract of the Strategic Plan (Summary Prospectus) is presented to all International, Regional and Multi-National Financial Agencies and Global Financial Brokers for their perusal and consideration.
