HV-education


How people Learn. Many theses on education has examined the brain part ways to retention and concluded that creating curiosity or the Love of Learning is key in the development of an educated, highly skilled adult. From ‘Early Childhood’ to ‘Choice of Higher Education’ which limits, well rounded students to a single discipline, and a wage-earning career path. The System is guided by Employment Driven Education researched and implemented strategies to achieve heightened levels of Productivity. Followed by Lessons designed in Horizontal Vertical (HV) education to quickly empower highly trained and skilled personnel in fields outside of their primary discipline.


Early childhood, defined as the period from birth to eight years old, is a time of remarkable growth with brain development at its peak. During this stage, children are highly influenced by the environment and the people that surround them. Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is more than preparation for primary school and beyond. It aims at the holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs in order to build a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning and wellbeing. ECCE has the possibility to nurture caring, capable and responsible future citizens, who will choose higher education to earn a living and positively contribute to society.

Productivity is essential to increase a nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Hence many nations would constantly measure its Employment needs per Standard Industrial Classifications (SIC) to incorporate such in its education offerings. Building Education SYNERGIES to keep the nation’s home growth talents, loyal to its society. Integrating ‘Critical Thinking’, ‘Analytical Results’, and moving researched and tested data into proven knowledge and wise insight and, ultimately, building beneficial habits. The resulting Decision Makers, at the very minimum, must be persons with identifiable strengths and the ability to recognize, to import and to adjust for personal weaknesses. Many such persons, in Leadership Roles, expand their abilities using HV-education.

This is NOT new; ‘How To Books’, ‘Books For Dummies’, ‘Books For Non-Experts’, have been available to give professionals the ability to understand, to transform and express their idea(s). Such methods exist to help persons, in understanding consultants, directors, professionals and institutional investors, with topics outside of their own expertise. HV-education method is ideal, as an important part of an organization’s in-house Human Resource training, focusing employees on subjects, such as; Promotion into Management, Preparing for Retirement or Managing your Pension, topics that are somewhat unique to countries, industries and companies.

HV-education targets individuals, who may be highly skilled and experienced in their own discipline, such as; lawyers or engineers, but requires exposure to policy and process. This learning method is also used by colleges, universities, distance learning and other groups, to incorporate lessons into and as part of they own offerings, and organizations intending to use it, as part of their own in-house training or to resell it. Learning using HV-education is purposely designed into both horizontal study guides and standalone vertical reference material modules for easy access to the preferred topic, with each module divided into various levels of details, which allows users to go as wide or as deep as they want into each topic.
