Education SYNERGIES


The Human Mind is the only source of Ideas. The development of the Human Brain and Body is the key to progress. The use of existing teaching and learning techniques within the development of the Individual Intellect is Education. The general education process, using the best Science and Technology available, is to advance Literacy Levels, Logical Thinking, Skill Training and ultimately, Discipline and Respect.

Learning starts via sounds and, after birth, instinctively through repetitive actions, developing imagination, and interacting with the surrounding environment. Teaching Problem Solving, via cultivating creativity, decision making and interacting with other humans, is to advance a peaceful and caring population. Highly Skilled Individuals taught through Practice and Internship, to nurture invention and innovation, interacting with tools and materials and supported by People to further engage in Research and Development, foster ideas, prove suppositions and implement strategies.


The first and most critical stage, in developing a Life Long Love of Learning, is where and when the foundation is laid and set. The Human Brain is triggered, within the womb, best through the use of music and harmonious sounds. Early childhood development is to grow senses such as; earing, sight, touch, taste and smells, along with muscle coordination. Many children, without learning disabilities, continue along a literacy syllabus, using fun, games and art, learning to read, write and count, to comprehend and explain, and to interact with characters (humans, animals, cartoons and avatars). While, individuals with diagnosed learning disabilities are treated without stigma.

At the stage of Problem Solving, individuals are instructed across all subject areas via historical, tried and tested lessens to expand memory and thought processing. Teaching; Analytical, Lateral and Critical Thinking, all with unique focuses on solutions, action and reactions, what if, and then what, questions, to achieve the desired outcome. Analytical thinking aims to review the data presented with, for relevance, patterns, trends etc. Lateral thinking aims to put data into a new or different context, in order to generate alternative answers or solutions. Critical thinking aims to make an overall or holistic judgment about the presented information, which is as free from false assumptions or bias as much as possible.

Vocational and/or Academic Education is the next stage, designed to develop Productive Individuals; Employers and Employees. Commissioning Vocational Education tools, consisting of a mix of practical, apprenticeship and internship, learning to plan and implement, to create Highly Skilled Individuals. While, using Academic Education models, involving administrative management mentoring, learning to create and improve process and procedure, and to follow rules and regulations, to further the essential Research and Development. Both with heavy overlaps, necessary and in support of each other to produce a more Productive Population. Lending to better understanding and greater agreement between individuals, building supportive multi-discipline teams and a safer society.

The Future of #Education will create an atmosphere of pure learning. The education mission; to develop a Skilled and Productive Individual forming a Tolerant and Peaceful Society. An education system that will no longer grade people, only measure their stage of development or performance. No more First and Second place suggesting one individual is better than another. No more putting unnecessary pressure on individuals to win or lose, succeed or fail, assigning destiny, instead of bringing everybody along at their own speed and ability. A system, executed across numerous campuses, built with Construction Pods for easy maintenance and repairs, measuring performance of teaching by individual learning progress, and encouraging the use of technology to learn from any-where and on any-timeline.
