as a natural human condition, causes some to pursuit, educate and employ,
talents for the benefit of a few rather than the many. Excluding a very large
number of the global population from decision making, by erecting numerous social
barriers, and what is left behind is a poison planet.
This is another wild
attempt to explain to the wider population, how collected Taxes are needed to
pay for essential services, demanded conveniences, and expected amenities,
budgeted via obligated expenditure. Money to pay bills. With clear, attainable
and measurable long-term goals, to achieve better for all the nation’s people: The
Executive Branch of Government, in charge of the nation’s finances
(the Treasury), must increase Savings & Investments, must reduce Debt and
Debt Servicing, and must stabilize Cash Flow. In other words, put money aside
for the future, pay off loans and must create many different sources of income
to pay bills.
The Caribbean Region
and other geographic locations, which were recently critically damaged by
natural disasters, has an opportunity to rebuild and construct better and
stronger. Opportunities do now exist presently to better plan, design and commission
utilities, with adequate levels of redundancies, to reliably deliver essential emergency
and basic life supporting services. New sustainable designed structures are
desperately needed to reconstruct local economies and restructure lifestyles. The
right tech, combined with the right process, empowers teams to make the right
decisions at the right time. Data Driven Decisions have completely overhauled, what was an
industry heavily dependent on paper-based ways of drafting, designing, and
managing project scope.
The Society
for Entrepreneur and Economic Development (SEED) reaches out to
persons with just an Idea, no matter their current circumstances. Through Business
Light, many short video circulated on social media, SEED
invites defined Success, helps plan changes or quickly abandon failures. Business
Direct, teaches vital modules and courses to strengthen the Strategic Plan,
extract a Prospectus to attract Investors and a Business Plan to target
Lenders. SEED offers incubation, via its Grant Funding and Government
Assistance programs, to ideas judged feasible, and monitors process to a stage
of independence through Business
Dashboard, internal and external data which measures current
positions in the Industry.

discounting the motivational and emotional effects, it is necessary to point to
the highly detailed and dynamic Strategic
Plan. The ever-evolving data driven, e-document, which is
designed, formatted, presented and constantly updated by the executive team, modified,
amended and approved by the Board of Directors, and implemented by all Stakeholders,
with its governing short, medium and long-term, tasks timelines, will guide the
way to success. Such a plan has three main functions; to communicate to Shareholders
on the record and to potential Investors via a Prospectus, to extract a
Business Plan for Lenders and to cater adequate responses to known and
unforeseen events.
