The education system product line is Graduates. Hence, students who desire a career within this system must firstly, appreciate the responsibility being placed on them. Secondly, the training must be more than the particular subject matter and must include the humanity and continuous improvements required to guide and motivate students. The Teacher must also recognize their role in society, to always deliver a lesson to all who are ready to learn and never disrespect the profession. A teacher is always a professional and must be constantly seen as such, promoting discipline, not punishment, but a dedication to time, knowledge and respect.

All teachers were first themselves, students of Language and Logic. Further undergoing training and constant improvement in their particular subject matter, before exposure to human development, learning techniques and classroom management. Understanding age related human development, part of a psychiatry syllabus finetuned to expose processes and methods, is key in such teacher training. Followed on by learning techniques, practiced and proven, to guide and motivate case recipients, first into a joyous state and then, to question the lesson. And hereafter, learning to translate a well written lesson plan into a presentation to numerous students within a classroom or group control, is the graduate teacher’s essential training.

Hence, an annual award ceremony will recognize such achievements and broadcast such success across the population, to build and sustain the teaching profession’s role in society.
Therefore, rewarding all teachers across the nation each year, with the national percentage performance increase as the nation’s skill and talent pool increases. In addition, rewarding teaching group winners, the best performers within the particular grouping, with an additional financial reward, each year for being the best in the grouping. And, an individual teacher, always inline for National Teacher of the year award, must also be rewarded with an additional financial reward, mainly judged by teaching attendance, lesson preparation and students’ performance. These employment terms allow the best to be hired and retained, and non-performers, based on statistics, to be quickly redeployed or fired.
