The Best People

Statutory Bodies; Integrity and Judicial Commissions, and other Committees are as needed to break down tribal and social walls, and provide Justice for All. Such committees are explicitly to oversee, appoint, promote, and discipline persons, who add value or run afoul of established Regulations. Committees to regulate the employees, at all levels in the Public Service Administration, which implement Government Policies. Statutory Bodies and Commissions, funded by an independent, fixed budgetary calculation, as not to be influenced by politicians in The Executive Cabinet. Such Statutory Bodies and Commissions populated with independent and professional thinkers, appointed for a ten-year term, by the society’s Moral Leadership.

The Prison System

The mission is to rehabilitate legally remanded and convicted persons back into the society by exposing them to Ethical Behaviour, and Moral Leadership.  Requiring modern secure prison facilities to educate and re-educate such persons, to build character, Decency and be a productive member of society. On or off duty, prison officers are the effective role models of every prisoner transformation and the level of security expected in a free society. The trained prison officer must therefore be up to the task of constantly being watched and observed, continuously teaching speech and mannerisms, and projecting the state of A Happy Society.

Accused Not Remanded

Hopefully, many in society would never know how it feels to be jailed or remanded. Simply put, the system is that the police, with some evidence, accuses a person of a crime and must detain or place in custody this person while, gathering more evidence and presenting it to a judge. Place in front of a judge, the court can free the person based on insufficient evidence or issue an order of detention or remand while, further tracing is done or until the case is called. In the meantime, held in custody in a jail, a person must learn and know their legal rights or get loss in the system.

Coast Guard

Charged to protect and secure the nation’s marine borders. Armed with satellite and radar tracking, helicopter and drone imaging, mobile offshore stations, and fast intercept vessels, to quickly spot, engage, stop and search all vessels entering its waters. Personnel specifically and technically trained to deploy and perform under all circumstances and to maintain its equipment and vessels. Budgeted and projected as a critical expense, to maintain a heightened standard of efficiency and effectiveness, with funding set aside in reserve to set down any external threat or insurrection. While supporting and being a part of the nation’s Joint Defense Force.
