Good health, sound education, social empowerment, physical activities and community interaction are the essentials for Human Development. The Human Development category is to execute policies, strategies and initiatives of the Ministries of Health, Education, Social Development and Family Services, Community Development, Culture and the Arts, and Sport and Youth Affairs. This comprised expenditure funds totaling 28.85% of the nation’s total expenditure, as reported by the office of the Auditor General 2017 and 29.09% in the 2018 revised estimates, while estimating 29.20% up by 2.70% for 2019, as published by the Ministry of Finance. Noting that, the progress of any country, nation, society is driven by its human resource and the development of such; its citizenry, its people, its skills and talents.

Resource Preservation 2019

Crime, corruption and waste are the chief disincentives to sustainable development and economic growth. Falling squarely under the ambit of the divisions of the Ministry of National Security; the Defence Forces, its arms, divisions and initiatives, and for all intents and purposes, are key mandates of the Police Service. Employing numerous Resource Preservation strategies to protect life, guard the borders, prevent and detect crime, investigate evidence of corruption, spot and stop waste of the country’s physical assets. Resource Preservation comprises funds, 12.10% of the nation’s total expenditure as reported by the Auditor General 2017 and 10.22% in the revised estimates 2018 and 10.66% up by 6.67% for 2019 published by the Ministry of Finance. The necessary policies, essential tools and equipment, heavily supported by real-time intelligence and both witness and scientific evidence, are addressed in the national budget.

Government Priorities

Speaking to the widest possible audience, members of the public, the citizenry and population. The elected Government main responsibilities are and must find ways to inspire Happiness, Peace and Respect throughout the society. Happiness, difficult to define, can only occur for many, when the unemployable and the working poor are eliminated. Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means. Respect for the dignity of all people is via Law and Order. How can this be accomplished? By creating a healthy, productive, mobile population working together. SYNERGIES surrounding Security, Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure, and Economic Drivers.

Visionary or Dreamer

I have a vision or is it a dream. Where there is no poverty, no hunger, no epidemics, no drug-addicts, no street-dwellers. Where social services provide a basic living standard for all in need to benefit from each other’s public contributions, and capital earns profits for mass circulation. The very survival of the human race and the planet which spawn life, has separated needs and wants to balance economies. Driven by product development for targeted markets, ecological environmental preservation, industrial expansion and allowing ideas to improve basic living standards. Societies combining, Intangible; Happiness, Peace and Respect with, Tangible; Health, Education, Infrastructure, all paid for by efficient and effective Economic Drivers.

Essential Ideas

Few are willing to devote their entire lives to an idea, many are trying to get rich quick. Of the few, a very high percentage will be disheartened by the society’s expectations. Leaving a very small number of tough, not management material, individuals who force themselves into accomplishments. An environment needs to be created to support those very few true entrepreneurs, these are the people that shape Nations, build Industries, create Jobs, please join me, help me… SEED, The Society for Entrepreneur& Economic Development.

Successful Teams

Procreation to birth requires a team, it takes a village to raise a child, athletes need a devoted coaching team to win and it takes an Association to lobby for success. An Entrepreneur (Risk-Taker) with a very bright idea, which would benefit a significant majority, is doomed to fail without support. Family and Friends, only the ones who truly believe, offers the essential motivation and emotional caring that can deliver success. Government Grant programs, with all the needed regulatory support, are designed to encourage and build Ideas into Industries with only an economic agenda. Financial Backing asks to see a proven track record and an ability to repay, in other words, present a full Strategic Plan. Patents, which offers the idea promoter protection, is beyond the reach of any single Entrepreneur.
