Employment seeking persons have been short changed by the Education System. A society investing heavily in education to produce Workers and Management but ignoring, for the most part, Ownership, is doomed to failure. Failing to encourage and support persons, risk-takers, willing to create jobs, is a huge mistake. A nation with a highly skilled and trained population and constantly producing new graduates, desperately needs new and expanding sectors and industries to keep pace. Major adjustments, to the nation’s education system, are needed, to better the use of the education investment and to imposed better results in its population.

Many theses on education has examined the brain part ways to retention and concluded that creating curiosity or the Love of Learning is key in the development of an educated, highly skilled adult. From ‘Early Childhood’ to ‘Choice of Higher Education’ which limits, well rounded students to a single discipline, and a wage-earning career path. The System is guided by Employment Driven Education researched and implemented strategies to achieve heightened levels of Productivity. Followed by Lessons designed in Horizontal Vertical (HV) education to quickly empower highly trained and skilled personnel in fields outside of their primary discipline.

Money before Morals

The world is now in an era of selfish Money grabbing people, colluding to corrupt Morals and Ethics, by any means necessary. Leading A Nation requires money to fund its population’s basic needs and to grow its economy to fund its future, but no matter the sovereign wealth, the nation also desperately needs strong morals, without any political bias. Presidential or Majestic Leadership is responsible, on the ground not only speaking but listening with one and only one agenda item, Public Morals. Religious leaders and Politicians must undergo the same test of moral thinking and ethical behavior, setting an example of good social citizenry for the entire population. Optimist or Pessimist, Ideas into Industry, and the resulting economic growth and happiness can only be achieved for the many rather than for the few.

Selfishness destroys Nations

A population, people that do not understand or care, where, when and how a nation’s basic services are paid for, is a danger to itself. The public must be made familiar with key measures and economic statistics. GDP as it guides and predicts the nation’s growth and the people’s standard of living. SIC as it measures sectors and industries expansion and diversification. For it is these simple tools which builds and develops a nation.
